Camden Magazine is an important communication channel for the council so it’s vital we have a reliable delivery partner. Since 2004 Lbox Communications have provided timely and reliable delivery so we have confidence our message is reaching residents.
London Borough of Camden

The Background

The London Borough of Camden regularly communicates with their residents and businesses. This is primarily through a quarterly publication, Camden Magazine, which goes to every address in the borough.

In addition, the council frequently needs to inform and consult with residents about key projects impacting the borough including HS2, estate planning and other initiatives.

"Their 24 hour print and delivery service is great for our urgent campaigns and consultations. Finally, our account manager is pro-active and has built an excellent knowledge of our requirements and way of working."

The Solution

Lbox Communications has partnered with Camden Council since 2004. The council needed a solution that would deliver Camden Magazine to homes and businesses across the borough as well as in bulk to key public buildings. The main requirements were reliability of delivery including a tried and tested process to access blocks of flats, speed and quality of delivery.

We employ our full-time, supervised staff to deliver for Camden, implementing our ISO-approved process to ensure accuracy and quality of delivery. Our experience and relationships across the borough mean we can access blocks and ensure the council’s message reaches all residents. Where a complaint or query is received the delivery is corrected within 48 hours and the address is logged on our internal mapping system for the next campaign.

For time-sensitive consultations or resident updates, we use our 24hr print and delivery service to ensure the message reaches residents in line with the council’s requirements.
