All artwork submissions must be uploaded in PDF format only. Other formats (.jpg, .png, .docx, etc.) will not be accepted.
1. From Microsoft Word (Windows or Mac)
- Open your document.
- Click File > Save As or Export.
- Choose the location to save the file.
- In the Save as type dropdown, select PDF (*.pdf).
- Click Save.
2. From Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Open your artwork.
- Click File > Save As or Export As.
- Choose PDF as the file format.
- Adjust settings if needed, then click Save.
3. From Canva
- After finishing your design, click Share or Download.
- Choose File type: PDF (either Standard or Print).
- Click Download.
4. From Google Docs or Google Slides
- Open your file.
- Click File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf).
5. On iPhone or iPad
- Open the file or image.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Select Print, then pinch out the preview to open it full screen.
- Tap the Share icon again and choose Save to Files or Save as PDF.
6. On Android
- Open the file or image.
- Tap the Share or Print option.
- Choose Save as PDF as the printer.
- Tap the PDF icon to save.
